Detailed Design Phase
Working with transaction team we provide an interior design service which assists with the collection the project brief data comprising of needs analysis, tenancy evaluation, and space assessments allowing for projected growth over a 5-10 year period.
Once potential buildings have been shortlisted our design team will space plan and produce concept plans to identify building compatibility and efficiencies.
From these initial plans our project managers will produce detailed fitout budgets for building comparisons and to be included in the transaction management financial analysis.

Presentation of complete detailed budget costing. Contract Agreement.
Pre Construction Phase
Preparation and submission of required documentation to landlord for approval.
Preparation and submission of required documentation for Statutory Approvals whether Local Council or Principal Certifying Authority.
Sub-Contractor post tender interviews.
Sub-contractor contract review and agreement.

Implement Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
